BOOKING:  For all sessions; a non-fundable session deposit of £50.00, or £25.00 for Christmas Mini Sessions, is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due on the day of the session. For Newborn Sessions where the date booked is flexible, the deposit paid will be put towards the final date and time scheduled, once your new addition arrives.

PAYMENT: All sessions and orders can be paid via cash or PayPal. Your session must be paid in full before arrival, with no exceptions. Print orders must be paid for before they are sent to print. No images will be given until the invoice is paid in full. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: For any session that is cancelled, the client forfeits their £50.00, or £25.00 for Christmas Mini Sessions, session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. Cancellation must be made and sent in writing, by text message/WhatsApp or e-mail. If I am not available for the new date, the original agreement will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.

If Rachael Mary Photography cannot perform a photo session due to fire or other casualty, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Rachael Mary Photography will reschedule any Outdoor Session that is booked at the discretion of the client, if the appointment day or time booked, it ends up raining, snowing, sleeting, hailing, super cold or hot, or for any other unfavorable inclement weather condition that presents itself. Where possible, the sessions is rescheduled within 2 weeks from the original appointment. There are times when a light snow or light rain can be beautiful for pictures, and in these cases we can discuss if that would be an option for your session.
